1Add oil to a hot pan . Add the mustard seeds and brown onion (finely chopped). Cook for ⏱️ 10 minutes until golden.oil: 1.5 Tbsp, mustard seeds: 1 tsp, brown onion: 1

2Add the garlic cloves (grated) and cook for ⏱️ 30 seconds . Add the tomatoes (roughly chopped) and tomato purée . Cover and cook on low-medium heat for ⏱️ 15 minutes .garlic cloves: 2, tomatoes: 2, tomato purée: 2 Tbsp

4Add the tinned chickpeas and their liquid (aquafaba). Mix well, cover, and cook on low heat for ⏱️ 15 minutes .tinned chickpeas: 800 g
